Vertanet started by building web applications for individual businesses. Over time, the work grew into something bigger.
Founded in the UK, Vertanet began with custom software and web design for businesses that needed more than off-the-shelf tools could offer. Bespoke internal systems, client-facing portals, multilingual websites, and the hosting to keep it all running. That hands-on approach is still at the core of what we do.
As we worked with larger organisations, we saw the same challenge repeating: companies with hundreds or thousands of partners, dealers, or locations, all needing their own web presence, all managed through spreadsheets and manual processes. So we built platform products to solve it. A talent agency signs up, and their 500 models each get a professional website overnight. A manufacturer onboards a new dealer, and their product catalogue is live in minutes.
Today, we work across both sides: custom software and services for businesses that need something built to their specification, and platform products for organisations managing large networks at scale. Over 40,000 active sites across 12 countries, from modelling and talent to material handling and education.
