Connecting systems through their APIs: REST, GraphQL, SOAP, or whatever they expose. This is the cleanest approach and what we use whenever possible.

What if our system doesn't have an API?

We deal with this regularly. We look for database access or file exports, or we build a lightweight API layer on top. If a system truly can't be connected, we'll tell you upfront. But there's almost always a way.

Who decides which system is the source of truth?

We work that out together in discovery. For every piece of data that flows between systems, we define where it's mastered, how conflicts are handled, and what happens when records don't match. These rules get agreed before we write any code.

Can you integrate with custom or in-house systems?

Yes. Many of our integration projects involve bespoke internal systems. As long as we can access the data via API, database, or file exchange, we can build the connection.

What about when APIs change?

We monitor all active integrations and handle third-party API changes proactively. When Stripe ships a new API version or HubSpot deprecates an endpoint, we update your integration before it breaks.
